General Enrolments

If you have recently arrived or are moving to Tom Price and are in our catchment area you are guaranteed a place at North Tom Price Primary School.  Parents or guardians must complete an Application for Enrolment Part A K-6 (link below) and provide a copy of the child's birth certificate and current immunisation history statement from ACIR (Australian Childhood Immunisation Register).

For assistance on how to obtain a history statement as proof of immunisation for school enrolment, please contact ACIR on 1800 653 809 or online at www.humanservices.gov.au. Children born outside Australia will also need to provide passport/via details or an Australia Citizenship Certificate.

Once the application form for enrolment has been approved by the Principal, enrolment form Part B must be completed.  This form will be provided to parents by the school.  It is also necessary for parents to ensure that any custodial information is accurately presented to the enrolling officer during enrolment.  A copy of custody papers will be kept by the school.  Children MUST be enrolled in the names that occur on their birth certificate, unless these have been changed by deed poll.  We are not permitted to use any other names on official documents.
